Overview
Workouts adjust to player’s needs, and are both challenging and encouraging. Players learn through simple teaching points, repetitions, video analysis, and competitions. They’ll have ‘Home Workout Assignments’ each week, and track progress in notebooks. Small groups enable valuable drills & competitions, yet still allow for detailed personal instruction & feedback.
